Questions
Common questions
Do I need to be sober or “ready” before I start?
No. You don't need to be sober or have everything figured out before reaching out. Our team meets you where you are and helps you build a plan from there.
What's the difference between individual counseling and IOP?
Individual counseling is one-on-one support focused on your specific goals and barriers. IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) adds structured, group-based sessions for those who benefit from more frequent support and peer connection.
Do you offer support for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)?
Yes. We coordinate counseling alongside MAT to support stability, engagement, and long-term recovery, working alongside your MAT provider.
What happens when I first reach out?
You'll talk with our team about your needs and schedule a screening. From there we build a personalized treatment plan and provide ongoing support throughout your recovery.
